The 2012 presidential campaign is officially in full swing.

We don’t have an official Republican candidate yet, but that isn’t stopping President Barack Obama from getting to work.

Last night, he appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to talk about some of his latest initiatives.

But he didn’t just rattle off his usual stump speech. Instead, he and Jimmy teamed up to “Slow Jam the News!”

We wish Obama would’ve showed off his famous singing voice a little more, but hey, we’ll take what we can get!

He also addressed the Secret Service prostitute scandal during an interview with Jimmy. He assured that those involved have been fired and that the majority of those in the Secret Service are “putting their life on the line, they do a great job. So, a couple of knuckleheads shouldn’t detract from what they do.”
