Wiz Khalifa Looks to Have “Traditional” Wedding-
Young Khalifa may be an out there kind of dude when it comes to his music, style or partying lifestyle, but when it comes to the basics, he likes to keep it simple, but then again it’s Wiz…so not too simple.
During a recent radio interview, Wiz revealed that he was leaving most of the wedding plans up to his wife to be, Amber Rose. He also said that he planned for the wedding to be “as traditional as possible, but I like that word far out too.”
The Pittsburgh rapper wants to mix it up just a little to keep it interesting, of course. “It’s gonna be a far out wedding,” he said. “We can’t do it too normal. There’ll be like a giraffe or something.”
Hmm, we don’t expect any less. Hopefully there will be some pictures of the ceremony so we don’t have to guess about what kind of giraffe they invite.
Billboard Awards Tap AMP Artists to Entertain-
Every year the Billboard Awards try to pack a punch when it comes to the musical entertainment. Last year after Drake‘s live take on “Headlines,” they closed the show with an all out shuffle party that seemed to to feature everyone from LMFAO to Justin Bieber.
This year, while we don’t know how the show will end, we do know some of the performers that will grace the MGM Grand stage on May 20th.
Taking the stage this year again will be Justin Bieber, who will likely perform his new hit “Boyfriend.” LMFAO, Cee-Lo Green, and Carrie Underwood had already been put on the list when they added Usher, Nelly Furtado and Kelly Clarkson to the eclectic music event.
Star power is an understatement, but more notably, these folks represent such different styles of music, it will be great to see how the show producers put them together.
You can watch it all go down on May 20th on ABC.
Jay-Z Launches Facebook Game, ‘Empire’-
Seems that the next step in mogul entertainment is Facebook games. After the success of apps like Words with Friends, Draw This, Angry Birds, and more, people like 50 Cent and now Jay-Z are all over the app game.
Still in it’s Beta stages, Jay-Z’s new Facebook game, “Empire” is a role-playing game that tests your smarts as you try to rise from a lowly street hustler to a mogul worth millions, with only more to gain. Sound familiar?
Yep, Jay gives us the chance to take a walk in his shoes, of sorts. The game description reads:
“EMPIRE takes you on a journey from the streets of Marcy Housing in Brooklyn to the hotspots of the rich and famous: from hustler, to entrepreneur, to business mogul. But, don’t forget friends and family, or your karma will suffer.”
You can start on your hustle right here (make sure you are signed in to Facebook!).
