When we first heard that Diddy’s son Justin Combs would be attending UCLA to play football, we figured it was a good fit.

But this morning, we heard that the wealthy 18-year-old will be receiving a full ride to the university.

Yes, this is the kid who got a $360,000 car for his 16th birthday!

UCLA defended their decision saying Justin earned the scholarship based on his athletic abilities, not because of his economic need.

“Athletic scholarships, such as those awarded to football or basketball players, do not rely on state funds,” a UCLA spokesperson explained. “Instead, these scholarships are entirely funded through UCLA Athletics ticket sales, corporate partnerships, media contracts and private donations from supporters.”

Furthermore, Justin proved himself academically. He graduated from a New Rochelle Iona Prep with an impressive 3.75 GPA.

But is it fair for him to accept $54,000 a year when the money could go to someone who really needs it? That’s what Carson was trying to figure out today.

He asked all of you to chime in and boy oh boy, you had a lot to say! Take a listen:
