Usher Lends Skills to Dance Central 3-
Usher has been singing and hitting notes most only dream about for as long as we can remember. Well, truth be told, he has been dancing just as long. And the boy is good! The best part, is that Usher wants to teach you his moves with the new Microsoft dance game, Dance Central 3.
The third installment of the Harmonix developed game for the XBox 360 Kinect was fine tuned with help from Usher who mentioned that in his first experiences with the series, they didn’t quite get it right.
“After looking at the first game, I was like, `Man, they didn’t really get the moves right, so I was able to 100 percent give them accuracy through choreography from videos, as well as from my live performance,” Usher said backstage at a Microsoft Expo where he also performed “Scream.”
The 33-year-old R&B singer also pointed out one of the many benefits of the game: it gives dudes the opportunity to learn to dance. “How many guys don’t know how to move?” he joked. “One sure way to make yourself completely unattractive is to not know how to move at a party. …Get `Dance Central 3,’ learn a few moves, and throw it into your repertoire.”
Katy Perry to Light Up Macy’s July 4th Celebrations-
This July 4th plan on seeing something like “bombs bursting in air” for like 25 minutes! Throw in Katy Perry doing a live rendition of “Firework” and country mega star Kenny Chesney throwing down for Independence day and there you have Macy’s televised event and celebration.
The show goes live on NBC at 9 PM EST. Senior NBC Executive Dough Vaughan had nothing but good things to say about the upcoming event. “NBC is thrilled to have Katy Perry and Kenny Chesney join us in celebrating America’s birthday, he said. “These stars’ powerful voices and stage presence will serve as the perfect complement to Macy’s captivating visual artistry.”
By “visual artistry,” he means like 40,000 fireworks exploding over a city. That counts too!

Adam Levine Not Comfortable With ‘King of Pop’ Title-
WetPaint reports that in his recent cover interview for Details magazine, the newly anointed “King of Pop” told us all how he loves to love women and that he maybe used to dog them a little bit, but he always loved them.
Seems, however, that many people were way more concerned with his epithets than with his past with the ladies. After getting a lot of push back from people complaining he didn’t fit the bill, Adam Levine took to his Twitter to explain his ‘discomfort’ about the whole thing.
“I too am uncomfortable with Details naming me the king of pop.” the Maroon 5 lead singer wrote. “I prefer ‘EMPEROR.’ #relaxmoronitsonlyamagazine.”
Clearly, he is enjoying his time at the top. While we can’t say Adam Levine is a “Michael Jackson” type, he has certainly made his niche in pop music and it’s proving most successful.
So good in fact that the band’s new single “Payphone” is tops on iTunes, their new album is finished and will be out late June and they are about to release a 10-year anniversary edition of their first album Songs About Jane.
This is the good life.
