So who exactly was the person who ‘passed’ Justin Bieber on his driving test?  Maybe that person shouldn’t be allowed to conduct tests anymore.

Justin Bieber was pulled over for driving way too fast on the 101 freeway here in Los Angeles.

According to a source, he was going at least 100 mph!  He was driving so fast that ten people called to report the teen’s reckless driving.  10 PEOPLE!

You know it’s a problem when more than 5 people report the same thing.  He claims he was trying to get away from the paparazzi but that’s no excuse for endangering the lives of others!

We don’t know how things go down in Canada, but over here, there is a speed limit for a reason, Biebs!
