Everyone’s new favorite artist and YouTube sensation PSY has finally landed stateside. The “Gangnam Style” singer was caught outside Katsuya by TMZ.
He clues us in on what the song means, and even gives an impromptu Horse Dance lesson right on the street.
PSY has over 110 Million in just a little over the month its been out. Since blowing up huge, he has signed to Justin Beiber’s management.
