Most food trucks start out small in the hopes that one day, they can open their own brick-and-mortar location, but this week’s truck is doing things a little bit differently.

We all know and love the Red Robin restaurant chain and now they’re making it even easier to get our hands on their grub with the YummmMobile!

Instead of getting in the car, using up your gas, and waiting for a table, Red Robin is bringing the food to you! Genius, right?

Since the majority of Red Robins are located right here in California, the company thought it’d be a great idea to get involved in the local food truck scene.

The YummmMobile opened up shop about a year ago and it offers many of everybody’s favorite items from the Red Robin menu.

There’s burgers, salads, sides, and even kids’ entrees. This month, truck is featuring an Oktoberfest burger, which comes with a toasted pretzel bun slathered with beer mustard, fire-grilled beef, Swiss cheese, and sauteed onions.

For all you vegetarians out there, you can substitute any burger or sandwich for a Boca Original Vegan Burger or a Gardenburger^®.

Our favorite part about Food Truck Friday is that we get to hook up our listeners too! Carson chose one lucky caller to receive a free lunch for their entire office, courtesy of the amazing YummmMobile. Congrats to today’s winner!
