LA is full has some of the world’s best shopping. All styles and fashions to impress everyone from your thrift store junkie, to the ultra-chic Rodeo Drive connoisseur. Finding the right spot might be tricky, but you don’t have to settle on the big name department stores. This week we are featuring some great boutiques located on Melrose Avenue.
Bliss is a trendy woman’s boutique. They have great an always changing fun selection of clothes. The owners of the store use their creative eye to hand pick everything they sell. The prices range for $29 for shirts and pants, to $120 for some dresses.
Get your Hello Kitty fix at Japan LA. This unique gift and apparel store combines some fun Japanese and Los Angeles themes. T-Shirts cost around $25, but there is way more than just shirts in the store. Even guys will find something fun to buy.
Need a one of a kind hat to set your look off? Hollywood Hatters is LA’s premiere hat store. They have tons of different brands and styles for men and women to choose from. Prices range from $20-150 depending on what type of cap you’re looking for.
Described as “Your favorite clothing store and all around den of radness,” we do have to admit they have some pretty rad clothes. Their style is all over the place (in a good way). It ranges from clubbing dresses, to concert tee’s, with something in almost every price range. You can even find fun vintage clothing.
Manic Panic started in NYC and traveled west. They carry with every kind of glam hair and makeup accessory imaginable, for the glam/goth/punker in all of us. Check out all their locations. Some even have salons to give you the perfect punk rock look.
There you have it. Get in a little retail therapy this weekend, and treat yourself to something nice.
