Selena Gomez got her first tattoo of a music note in February. Back then she was done and was thinking of getting more.
Fast forward just a couple of months and she now has another permanent marking. It’s a Roman numeral spelling out “76”.
In talking to the Daily Mail, who also have photos of her new ink, her tattoo artist Bang Bang said the tat is a tribute to a family member who means a lot to her. It is widely reported to be in honor of Gomez’s mother, who was born in 1976.
And in other Selena Gomez news, Hotel Transylvania, the animated film in which she voices one of the lead characters, broke September box office records with a $43 million opening weekend.
Aside from getting new ink, Gomez recently appeared in the Vote 4 Stuff nonpartisan voter awareness ad alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Zac Effron.
