After four short weeks, the blind auditions of The Voice have come to a close.
Even though he’s host of the show, Carson still loves to settle down with his 3-year-old son and watch “The Big Hand Show” every Monday and Tuesday.
This morning, he looked back on some of his favorite moments from last night’s episode.
There were tons of great blind auditions yesterday, but Cody Belew stood out from among the rest.
He chose to sing “Hard To Handle” by The Black Crowes. There’s no denying that he had some serious singing chops, but it seemed like none of the coaches were tempted.
You could tell that Cody was feeling defeated. He had given up, turning his back to the audience as he neared the end of his performance.
It came down to the very last note, but at last, Cee Lo Green pressed his button. Trouble was, Cody hadn’t seen that happen.
Once Cody found out he was moving on to the next round, he had a hilarious freak out moment.
“Did you hit it? Oh my God!” he exclaimed.

There’s another episode tonight at 8 p.m. and then next week, the battle rounds begin!
