On Tuesday afternoon someone notified the LAPD that shorts where fired at Ashton Kutcher’s address, which we’ve now learned, was a hoax. Someone used a teletext message, which is commonly used for deaf people. The message stated that, three people were being held up in the Two and a Half Men star’s bathroom, and people were either injured or dead.
When the police arrived on the scene, there were no dead bodies. Just three people working on Ashton’s house. Kutcher was not home at the time. He tweeted a picture from the set of Two and a Half Men to show he was alright.

Cops have considered this “case closed”, but are looking for the culprits who started this hoax. We’re glad Ashton is alright, but have to wonder, is this some celebrity getting revenge for his years of punking?
