The East Coast is still reeling from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
Initial estimates suggest the powerful storm is to blame for more than 80 deaths in the U.S. and has caused up to $20 billion in damage.
As the country starts to recover from the storm, so does NYC, where subways, railroads, airports, and buses all started to roll again. Public schools are said to resume on Monday.
It’s clear that our neighbors to the East need our help and tomorrow night, NBC is set to host a telethon for the Hurricane Sandy relief effort with the proceeds to be donated to the American Red Cross.
The videos I’ve seen of Casey’s are well done and for this one, he takes to his bike to give us a look at the storm as it hits NYC. It’s a point-of-view look a bit different from the footage we’ve seen on the news.
