Zooey Deschanel is an actress and singer/songwriter/musician/front woman for the group She & Him.

Zooey, if you remember, co-stared with Will Ferrell in the movie Elf, in which she showed off her vocal chops for the first time.

She currently stars in her own TV show, New Girl, which I enjoy. It’s got a great cast of characters and one of which I especially enjoy, Schmidt.

Zooey stopped by the Late Show with David Letterman, where she spoke of a comparison she’s heard for a long time…that she and Katy Perry look just like each other.
