Kate Middleton’s Nurse Fooled By Prank Phone Call

Now that we all know that Kate Middleton is royally knocked up, the world can’t get enough.

We have to know everything! How’s she doing? Is it twins? When is she due?

The duchess is currently holed up in the King Edward VII hospital being treated for acute morning sickness, so some wacky DJs from Australia tracked down the phone number there to get the inside info.

How did they accomplish this feat? By impersonating the Queen and Prince Charles, of course!

Even with their horrible accents, they managed to fool the poor nurse on duty.

“She’s sleeping at the moment and she has had an uneventful night and sleep is good for her. She’s been given some fluids to rehydrate her because she was quite dehydrated when she came in but she’s stable at the moment,” she told the pranksters.

And just in case you think they faked the entire call, the hospital confirmed in a statement that the conversation actually took place: “This was a foolish prank call that we all deplore. We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously and we are now reviewing our telephone protocols.”
