If T.I. was ever to retire from music, he could have his own show on QVC.  The Atlanta based rapper joked with 97.1 AMP Radio’s Michelle about the MANY different ways you can buy his new album Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head.

It’s not all jokes when it comes to his new album though.  T.I. took it very serious.  “We worked very hard, and I put a lot of myself into it.  I’m extremely proud of what the outcome is.  The finished product, I think it surpassed my expectations.”

T.I. is so proud of the new album, that he was dying to play some unreleased songs for us.  He and Michelle had a listening party later that day.

Ball” Featuring Lil Wayne has already been released.  T.I. has collaborations on his album with Andre 3000, Cee-Lo Green and more.  The song we might be most excited for, is his track with P!nk titled, “Guns And Roses.”  You might know it, but T.I. and P!nk are pretty close friends.  They both were originally signed to LaFace Records, and first bonded by making fun of the music industry together.  When it comes to P!nk’s music though, T.I. is a fan.

“She’s real people man; you know what I’m saying?  She comes from very very humble authentic beginnings.  If you listen to her music, when you meet her, you’ll be pretty please to know that she’s the same.  She rocks out in a strong way.  She sings hard, a lot of soul.”

T.I. has no problem staying busy either.  Not only did he write over 100 songs for Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head, he also found time to finish his second book Trouble & Triumph, not to mention shoot a reality show, launch a clothing line and even a new website.  He’s enlisted the help of four assistants to get the job done.

T.I.’s eighth studio album Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head is due out on December 18th.  A sequel has already been announced.
