Charlie Sheen’s other ex-wife, the kind-hearted Denise Richards, saved the day and will be taking care of Brooke and Charlie’s twin boys while Brooke is in rehab.

We’re not doctors, but we’re also pretty sure Denise Richard’s heart is made of gold.
