Hurricane Sandy may seem like it happened ages ago to all of us out here on the west coast, but Carson travels to New York City a lot and he’s seen first hand the devastation that continues to plague the storm-torn region.

And Carson isn’t the only one who’s noticed. Several celebrities are stepping up tonight to help the victims rebuild and recover.

It’s all going down tonight at the 12-12-12 Concert at Madison Square Garden. The event features performances from Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Foo FightersDave Grohl, Roger Waters, Eddie Vedder, and The Who.

Jimmy Fallon, Adam Sandler, Jon Stewart, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brian Williams will take part as well, sharing stories about the storm and taking donations.

Yes, all those people will be in one room! It’s going to be an incredible night and will hopefully help many people in need.

How can you take part? The benefit will air live at 7:30pm ET tonight on several TV channels including AMC, FX, HBO, Lifetime, VH1 Classic, and many more. You can also stream the whole show online on AOL, Hulu, MTV.com, Yahoo, YouTube, and several other major websites.

Every little bit helps, so to donate $10, text ROBINHOOD to 50555. Standard text messaging rates may apply. You can also visit 121212concert.org to give money towards the cause.
