Imagine you’re just sitting around in your front yard and you see a baby lion walking down the street like it’s no big deal.
What would you do? Probably call 911, right? That’s exactly what some panicked onlookers did in Norfolk, Virginia.
Trouble is, the animal wasn’t actually a lion. It was a dog styled to look like one!
The labradoodle, known as Charles the Monarch, sports a fluffy mane and a died tail. The resemblance is pretty darn uncanny.
His owner told a local news affiliate that he gave his dog the unusual haircut in tribute to Old Dominion University’s lion mascot.
Turns out Charles has quite the following…he even has his own Facebook page!
