When it rains in Southern California, the natives get restless.

We act like it’s the end of the world and people on the freeways seem to forget how to drive, making their already short fuses while dealing with traffic even worse.

The weather is expected to be wet through Saturday and the National Weather Service warned of hydroplaning and the possibility of urban flooding in the low-lying areas of Los Angeles.
