It’s the most wonderful time of the year…well, at least for pop culture junkies like us!

Awards season is in full swing. The stars gathered Sunday night to celebrate the SAG Awards and while many of the winners were pretty much a forgone conclusion, there were a couple of surprises along the way.

Carson recapped all the best moments this morning in case you missed the big show:

With both the Golden Globe and SAG Award, Jennifer Lawrence is closing in on an illustrious Oscar win.

Lawrence took last night’s victory in stride with a slight wardrobe malfunction and an adorably endearing acceptance speech.

Tina Fey also went home a winner the same week 30 Rock has its series finale. She begged everyone to tape Big Bang Theory just this once and also gave a hilarious shout out to her BFF Amy Poehler.

Ben Affleck gave an emotional speech after his film Argo won Best Cast in a Motion Picture
