The recently single pop singer was in Miami and totally felt up a fan who could not have been more than 16-years-young.

Even though she is too young to be getting handsy with Bieber, we’re pretty sure she is not going to wash that shirt or bra ever again!

Maybe it’s a good thing for Justin to be in a relationship, other wise he would go around the world touching body parts of his young fans.

And side note: what did her parents think????
