When CBS This Morning recapped the best and worst of the Super Bowl ads this morning, there was one ad that caused a huge division of the sexes: Calvin Klein’s Concept 2013 ad.

The ad, featuring a nearly naked model Matthew Terry in a pair of Klein’s briefs set to an electronic music track, was a smash hit with female viewers. Male viewers, on the other hand, were completely turned off. It seems the new 360 degree seamless technology used to create the underwear didn’t quite penetrate the interest of male viewers.

In fairness, women were universally turned off by GoDaddy’s commercial, in which supermodel Bar Refaeli shares an extended wet kiss with a tech nerd.

While most ads aimed to hit every demographic, these two advertisers honed in on specific audiences.
