KTLA’s Mark Kriski Spreads Word About Crossfit Benefit For Slain Police Officers
KTLA’s Mark Kriski is quite the busy man in the mornings.
He’s the one giving us the skinny on what the weather will be like in SoCal, and luckily for all of us, most days that means sunny and awesome!
Somehow, the weatherman found a few spare moments this morning to give Carson the latest weekend forecast and tell him about an important benefit happening this weekend right here in Los Angeles.
My Brother’s Keeper is holding a crossfit workout benefit Saturday, March 2 at Trojan Crossfit, which is located at 431 S. Hewitt Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to families of Officer Michael Crain and Deputy Jeremiah MacKay, who were both killed during the manhunt for ex-LAPD officer Christopher Dorner.
Check-in starts at 9 a.m., and the first heat will begin at 10 a.m. A new heat will start every 15 minutes after that.
The participation fee costs $20. To register or donate, contact Nicole at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 213.537.0446.
