Oh, that zany Jessica Simpson! She really is the modern day Lucille Ball.

The pop singer/reality TV star/business woman got herself into a bit of a sticky situation during promotion for the newest season of NBC’s Fashion Star.

While Simpson was telling late night host Jimmy Kimmel about her morning sickness, she mistakenly let a big secret slip…that she’s having a boy!

“The crazy thing is I never knew a wiener could make me nauseous!” Simpson told Kimmel.

Kimmel, however, was completely oblivious to the revelation!

“What did you intend to say there?” he asked.

Simpson countered back, “Well, I guess I just told the world that I’m having a boy!”

“Oh, I didn’t even know what was happening! Maybe you were having a girl with a penis, I don’t know!” Kimmel said. “Well, congratulations.”
