LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Actress Lindsay Lohan Monday agreed to a plea deal in order to avoid a trial in her misdemeanor lying case.
After nearly two hours in the Judge James Danby’s chambers, the actress agreed to serve 90 days in a locked rehab facility, perform 30 days of community service, and undergo 18 months of psychotherapy sessions. She was also order to pay an unspecified fine and complete two years community service.
Lohan’s attorney’s must show proof of their client’s enrollment in a residential treatment facility by May 2.
