Dreams really do come true, y’all!

A high school senior from right here in Los Angeles made a video asking model Kate Upton to his May 23rd prom.

During the 2-minute clip, Jake Davidson explains why the two are a perfect match.

To his surprise, the video went viral on YouTube. As of this morning, it has nearly 140,000 views.

In fact, it caught the eye of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover girl. She tweeted to Davidson, “You can call me Katie if you want! How could I turn down that video! I’ll check my schedule .”

But the story doesn’t end there. While Davidson was appearing as a guest on Today, Upton called in to personally respond.

“I definitely have to check schedules, but you seem like so much fun and if everything works out, I’d love to go with you,’’ she said. “I know we’d have a blast.’’

Okay, not a definite yes, but it would still rock your world if you are a 17-year-old boy!
