How about a feel-good Viral Video of the Day story to start off the week?
The Nebraska Cornhuskers are a Big Ten Football team and when you think of big, tough, strong, burly guys, the Huskers fall into that category.
Spring practices for football have started up across the country and the Huskers held their annual spring game against the Wisconsin Badgers over the weekend.
The coaches were looking for a way to spice up the game a bit and one of them said, “Let’s let Jack play.”
Jack Hoffman is a kid that a few of the players have known. He’s been fighting cancer, battling through 2 brain surgeries, and is doing well!
Jack is a Cornhusker fan and they let him score a 69-yard touchdown during the game with both teams’ benches clearing to carry him off the field.
Pretty cool to see some big dudes from both teams put aside their personal and team goals for a minute to give the kid a boost of confidence and the opportunity to live out a dream.
