Justin Bieber is a pro at speeding to the top of the charts, but his neighbors are taking issue with the singer’s speeding through the streets of his gated Southern California community.
Former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson is speaking out against Bieber, who reportedly sped through 25-mph zone at highway speeds on Monday night (May 27), according to the L.A. Times. Johnson is one of two witnesses who say they saw Bieber driving his Ferrari through the residential Calabasas, Calif. neighborhood, however the newspaper reports that Bieber’s camp denies that the singer was behind the wheel.
According to the newspaper, Johnson says he was with his three-year-old daughter in the driveway of his home when he saw Bieber zoom past. Other sources, however, cite the athlete as being on his way home from a party when he witnessed Bieber driving at “breakneck speeds.” Either way, Johnson followed Bieber to his nearby home, where he saw the singer backing the car into his garage. Johnson attempted to confront the singer about his dangerous driving, however authorities confirm that Bieber went into his home without speaking to anyone.
The L.A. Times reports that someone in Bieber’s crew threatened to call the cops on Johnson, who agreed, “Call the cops.”
