Imagine Dragons Use Fighting Puppets In ‘Radioactive’ Video

Rock band Imagine Dragons released a music video to accompany their latest bass-heavy single  “Radioactive.”  The video, which was directed by Syndrome, features actor Lou Diamond Phillips and puppets.  Yes, puppets.

In the video, a young lady (Texas Chainsaw 3D actress Alexandra Daddario) walks into an unsuspecting fighting ring with a covered cage.  A purple, bare-chested, monkey-like puppet stands proudly, appearing to be the victor of many fights.  As it turns out her cage carried a cute, cuddly, pink teddy bear to fight the purple puppet.  Who wins?  Let’s find out:

Cute and cuddly always wins!

Anyway, Imagine Dragons have been having a great year.  “Radioactive” hit the number one spot on the Billboard Rock Songs chart AND went triple platinum in the US.  And the Night Visions tour?  Nearly sold out!  Be sure to get your tickets.

The single is available on iTunes.
