Kanye West Explains Why He Attacked LAX Paparazzo

Behold, loyal AMP Radio listeners. We’ve spotted a rare endangered species out in the wild.

It’s Kanye West actually having a pleasant conversation with the paparazzi!

Yeezy must be riding a wave of positivity after squashing his beef with Jimmy Kimmel because at a recent gas station stop, he calmly explained why he went ape on a paparazzo at LAX back in July.

“What I didn’t get to say on Jimmy Kimmel was that’s the day I found out my grandfather was not going to make it. He passed two weeks later,” West told the photogs.

“I tried to stop his camera and stuff. He fell down. He faked it and then people are talking about, ‘Oh, yo. Why’d you hit that guy?’ I obviously didn’t hit the guy.”

Kanye also fears the swarming paparazzi is a bad influence on his young daughter, North West.

“I couldn’t imagine my daughter being like four years old and you guys screaming at her.”

Now instead of flying into a blind rage, West says he has come to terms that the paparazzi will forever be a part of his life. Of course, he made this admission in true Kanye fashion.

“I know you guys are going to photograph me. I know it makes a cool photo. I got a cool a** car and s**t. You know, I got like a dope a** outfit on. It’s all good.”
