Halloween is all about witches and monsters, but one woman in Fargo, N.D. is taking evil to a whole new level.

Come Halloween night, this woman has made it known that she will not hand out candy to children who appear to be overweight.

Instead, she will hand them a judgmental letter that reads:

“Your child is, in my opinion, moderately obese and should not be consuming sugar and treats to the extent of some children this Halloween season. My hope is that you will step up as a parent and ration candy this Halloween and not allow your child to continue these unhealthy eating habits.”

The woman, who refused to be identified, told radio station Y94, “I just want to send a message to the parents of kids that are really overweight. … I think it’s just really irresponsible of parents to send them out looking for free candy just ’cause all the other kids are doing it.”

Carson and Producer Angie, who are both parents themselves, couldn’t believe the audacity of this woman.

“Who are you to tell me that my kid shouldn’t have candy?!” Carson exclaimed. “This is the one day of the year, by the way, that kids get to break all the rules, right? They can talk to strangers, they can walk in the dark, they can stay up late on a school night, they can eat candy. This is the one day. It’s an American rite of passage!”

“I was a chubby kid, when I was little,” Producer Angie admitted. “She would probably give me TWO of these notes!”
