What Would You Do With $25,000?: Surfer Stephen’s Viral Video Of The Day

If you’re familiar with Casey Neistat, then you know he’s a filmmaker who has produced some pretty interesting short documentaries that have gone viral via his YouTube channel.

He’s done them on a ton of topics, from Hurricane Sandy to bike lanes in NYC, and even the iPhone 5S, garnering millions of views.

He’s really good at putting together these interesting short documentaries. You could easily kill your lunch break by watching some of them and learning a thing or two. (http://www.youtube.com/user/caseyneistat)

In his most recent documentary, Casey was summoned by 20th Century Fox to create a video promoting Ben Stiller’s new film, The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty.

They asked him to make a film about chasing a dream to help inspire people to do something they never have dared to do, which is the plot of Walter Mitty.

Take a second and think: what would you do if you were given a $25,000 budget to accomplish this?

Well, Casey decided to take that 25k and head to the Philippines where a typhoon destroyed much of one of the country’s islands so he could help those affected and continue to help bring awareness to those in need.

I encourage you to check out some of his other films as they really are very good.

Check it out for today’s Viral Video of the Day. Get inspired and help others during this holiday season.
