Do you want to know the exact second you’re going to die?

Sounds kind of morbid, but maybe you would live out your life differently.

That’s the thought process behind Tikker, a watch that tells you how many seconds you have left to live.

Tikker started out as a Kickstarter campaign and although the gadget can’t account for freak accidents and unexpected illnesses, it bases your life expectancy estimate off of information you provide in a survey about your health, daily habits, family history, and other factors.

Carson was more than a little freaked out by the whole concept. Take a listen:

“What person in their right mind would pay money to wear a watch with this really rough estimate of when they’re going to die that goes down to the second?” Carson asked. “I mean, I just don’t buy it, but it’s fascinating!”

You can pre-order your own Tikker right now on the company’s website and it will begin shipping to customers in April.
