Watch Delta Airlines’ 1980’s-Themed Safety Video

When we’re on a plane, most of us tune out during the safety video instructions.

What to do in the event of a water landing, securing an oxygen mask to your face, locating the emergency exits…you know how it goes.

We’ve heard the same old spiel over and over again, but now there’s a couple airlines that are pulling out all the stops to get your eyes on the information you need to know.

Delta Airlines just released a new 1908s-themed safety video starring some of our old favorites like ALF, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Teddy Ruxpin, and some seriously cringe-worthy hairdos.

Despite running a somewhat lengthy 5-minutes and 22 seconds, we couldn’t take our eyes off this masterpiece! Take a look:

Virgin America was the first to jump on the viral video bandwagon last year with their far too catchy “Safety Dance.”

Which safety video do you dig the most? Let us know in the comments section!
