With babies and a 4am wake up call, Carson and Producer Angie don’t usually indulge in swanky Hollywood parties during the week, however, they made an exception last night.

Carson and the four coaches of The Voice gathered at the Sayers Club for a special event. After speaking with reporters on the red carpet, the award-winning artists performed for an excited crowd.

Each of them sang 2 songs apiece. Usher regaled the crowd with his hit songs “U Got It Bad” and “Climax.”

“Did anybody push their button?” he asked, according to Variety.

“I pushed my button,” Blake Shelton replied and Shakira added, “I want you on my team.”

Adam Levine steered clear of his Maroon 5 catalog. Instead, he covered The Beatles’ “If I Fell” and Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love.”

As for Shakira, she pulled Shelton up on the stage for the first live performance of their duet “Medicine.”

The Colombian pop star also sang her new ballad “23,” a very personal track about her boyfriend Gerard Pique.

Take a listen to what Carson and Producer Angie had to say about last night’s intimate show:
