Mean Girls Cast: Where Are They Now?
If you’ve never seen Mean Girls, we just don’t know what to say right now. It’s kind of a classic at this point, and the teen comedy turned 10 years old today, after being released on April 30, 2014.
It starred some of the biggest names in Hollywood, and phrases like “That’s so fetch!” and “You can’t sit with us,” continue to be used by adults and teens alike.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, we hit up IMDB and got some info on your favorite Mean Girls cast.

Lindsay Lohan – Lindsay has been all over the tabloids since her Mean Girls days, with her latest gig being on a docuseries she stars in on the OWN network.
Rachel McAdams – Between 2004 and now, Rachel McAdams has dated (and broken up with!) Ryan Gosling twice, starred in many films including ‘The Notebook’ ‘Wedding Crashers’ and more. She’s currently voicing a character in the upcoming film, The Little Prince, due out in 2015.
Amanda Seyfried – Her character was the ditzy, but oh so loveable Karen Smith. Part of the mean girls crew, the one who had ‘ESPN’ and could predict the weather with her boobs. What’s not to like? Amanda has starred in many TV shows and Films since Mean Girls, including ‘Big Love’ ‘Lovelace’ ‘Les Miserables’ and more. She’s currently filming Fathers and Daughters, while other projects are in post production currently.
Lacey Chabert – Lacey has been super busy since her role as Gretchen Weiners (that’s so fetch!) with roles on ‘The Wild Thornberrys’ ‘Ghost Whisperer’ ‘The Spectacular Spider Man’ as well as voicing characters for popular video games like ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ & ‘Bratz Rock Angelz.’ She’s got some TV Movies coming out soon, including ‘The Christmas Tree Farm’ and ‘Living the Dream.’
Tina Fey – If you don’t know what Tina Fey is doing right now, you must live under a rock. Between her time on SNL, her hit show ’30 Rock’ as well as hosting the Golden Globes twice in a row (and maybe forever because everyone loves her!), lots has happened in the past 10 years.
Tim Meadows – Tim played Principal Duval in Mean Girls, a character everyone had to love, and has been in many, many things since then. Including: ’30 Rock,’ ‘Grown Ups 1 & 2,’ ‘Curb You Enthusiasm,’ ‘The Office,’ and more!
Amy Poehler – Again, if you don’t know what Amy’s done in the past decade, please step aside! Her show ‘Parks & Recreation’ was a slam dunk comedy series, she’s hosted with Golden Globes with Tina Fey two years in a row. She’s been on projects like ‘Anchorman 2’ ‘Arrested Development’ and so many more, while currently in pre-production for several projects as well.
Ana Gasteyer – Another SNL alumn who graced the big screen in Mean Girls, Ana has kept busy on shows like ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ ‘The Good Wife’ ‘Suburgatory’ and is currently filming ‘Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2’ due out in 2015.
Lizzy Caplan – Her character Janis, was a fan favorite. And since her role in this movie, she’s been on a lot of TV series and in many movies. A few on the list are ‘Cloverfield’ ‘True Blood’ and ‘American Dad!’ Her latest project ‘The Interview’is currently in post-production.
Daniel Franzese – Oh Damian! We love us some Damian. Daniel Franzese, like his co-stars, has been all over Hollywood since 2004. He was on CSI, Burn Notice and was also in the movie ‘Iron Man.’ Daniel recently made headlines when he announced that he was gay in 2014.
Neil Flynn – The loving dad of Lindsay Lohan in Mean Girls, Neil Flynn has done plenty both before and after this film. He’s been on ‘Smallville’ ‘King of the Hill’ ‘Scrubs (which started before Mean Girls but ended long after), ‘Bobs Burgers’ and so much more.
Jonathan Bennett – The love interest of both Lohan & McAdams, this hunk has also been all over TV & Film since 2004. ‘Veronica Mars’ ‘The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning’ ‘Van Wilder: Freshman Year’ are just a few. He’s currently filming ‘Submerged’ and a few of his other projects are in post.
