Here’s the premise: You and a few friends get locked inside a room and you have 60 minutes to use the props and clues around you to discover a way out.
Carson spent all morning trying to google spoilers or helpful hints online and came up empty-handed, so he called up creator Victor Blake to see if he could squeeze out any insider info:
“Well, we don’t want to give too much away, but it’s just like a real-life video game. You’re the main character in the story,” Blake explained. “And if you’re smart and even a little bit lucky, you’ll escape.”
The concept reminded us of Blackout, the terrifying haunted house experience that came to Los Angeles a couple years ago, but Blake says there’s no reason to be nervous.
“There’s nothing scary about it, other than you are locked in.”
