Dunkin’ Donuts fans can finally get their fix of fresh donuts and buzzworthy coffee East Coast-style.

The revered donut chain has already announced its expansion ideas last summer, but they’ve finally committed to five places for the full-restaurant Dunkin’ Donuts experience.

The chain already has three Southern California locations at Camp Pendleton, San Diego, and Barstow but those stores are satellite-style in hotels.

Drum roll please, the first five locations will be: Santa Monica, Whittier, Long Beach, Modesto, and Downey.

“Construction at all five locations will begin this summer, and we expect new restaurants will all open to the public later in 2014,” said the company.

Are you ready to wait in super long lines to get a taste of those coveted donuts? No? Maybe someone should start an underground donut delivery service.
