#ToplessSummer is in full effect, which means many of our favorite television shows are on hiatus for the next few months.

So how are we supposed to amuse ourselves during these lazy summer days? Two words: Binge. Watching.

TiVo defines the practice as watching three or more episodes of a television show in one day.

The DVR company just released a brand new study revealing the top three most binge-watched programs.

Coming in at #1 on the list? 35 percent of those surveyed admitted to getting hooked on Breaking Bad.

Netflix’s House of Cards and HBO’s Game of Thrones rounded out the list at 29 and 25 percent.

Carson just recently finished Breaking Bad and plans on tackling GoT during some of his long plane rides between L.A. and NYC.

“Do you remember the days when 24 first started and you would watch it episodically like every week and they’d have these crushing cliffhangers?” he told Producer Angie. “And you’re like, ‘Oh my god! I’ve got to wait seven more days!’

“Everything started to shift,” he continued. “Now appointment-based TV means nothing anymore. I’m not going to pay attention to the major network’s schedules. I’m going to watch all of 24 when the season’s over so that I can have the luxury of going from this cliffhanging episode right into the next episode.”

The study of 15,000 TV watchers found that 91 percent have binge-watched a show at some point in their lives and 40 percent of them had done so within the past week!

But when does binge-watching turn into an addiction? TiVo says super-bingers can finish an entire season in one week or less.
