Oof. This story just keeps getting more sad.
Listen. Love him or hate him, this whole thing where we’re all watching Robin Thicke‘s desperate attempt to be back on top (of his wife) is making us wish we could just *poof* and disappear off the internet.
First, it was the fact that his entire track list was a plea to get his wife back.
Then it was the news of his record sales doing really poorly in the U.K.
After that it was a disastrous twitter Q&A that went awry.
Now it’s a partnership he has with 1-800-FLOWERS.
Basically, they are doing a promotion where you get a free digital download of his new album ‘Paula’ when you purchase one of the aptly named bouquets like ‘Get Her Back’ (100 long-stem red roses for $350) and ‘Forever Love.’
Now, there are screenshots of this promotion on the web, and you can click here to see the ‘Forever Love’ bouquet, although there is no sign of the promotion on the front page of the website. We’re waiting to hear that this is all some giant hoax from an internet comedian.
