But oh no! Things aren’t looking so good for his bromance with Chad.
Booker had a lot of ground to cover this morning during his Bachelorette Breakdown. Take a listen:
First things first, JoJo resolved Monday’s cliffhanger by eliminating Ali, Christian and Nick pool party rose ceremony.
She then surprised the remaining men with a trip to Pennsylvania.
JoJo chose Booker’s frontrunner, war veteran Luke, for the coveted one-on-one date. Things got pretty heavy when he talked about losing a friend in Afghanistan during battle. JoJo rewarded his vulnerability with an automatic rose.
“Personally, I think for his awesome service, she should hump him because I think he’s a great human being,” Booker said all too seriously.
“We’re going to keep an eye on this guy though because there’s something about him,” he continued. “He’s so serious all the time. He doesn’t really make her laugh, but he’s still my frontrunner.”
JoJo took the majority of the men on a group date to Heinz Field where they played some football with Ben Roethlisberger and Hines Ward.
“I mean, Steelers and The Bachelorette? I’m in heaven!” Booker exclaimed.
Former NFL quarterback Jordan excelled during the competition portion of this date — what a shocker — but the other men didn’t fare so well. Erectile dysfunction expert Evan suffered his second bloody nose of the season and James Taylor needed some stitches after a blow to the head.
But what about our dear old friend Chad? He just can’t stay out of trouble. He was one of the few who was NOT chosen to go on the group date. Instead, he punched a door and threatened Jordan.
In the end, Chad met his demise during a dreaded two-on-one date. JoJo pitted him against the Marine, Alex, and it was really no contest after she learned more about Chad’s temper.
“The Marine told JoJo that Chad threatened Jordan, which I don’t think is a good idea because snitches get stitches, you know what I’m saying?”
Luckily, it worked out for Alex this time because she sent Chad packing.
“Hulk gets handed luggage. Hulk go home,” Booker joked.
But not so fast! In a sneak peek for the next episode, Chad reemerges. There appears to be another confrontation with the other man-testants. JoJo’s bawling her little eyes out. In short, it’s gonna be great!
