Coffee lovers, this Thursday, September 29, is your day, National Coffee Day!
And to celebrate, many coffee chains are offering free or discounted coffee for the day. Here are just a few local ones:
Dunkin’ Donuts – To celebrate their 66th anniversary, guests can enjoy any medium-sized cup of the brand’s signature hot coffee for the special price of 66 cents at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide.
Krispy Kreme – Get a FREE Original Glazed Doughnut and a FREE 12 oz cup of coffee (at participating US locations).
Peet’s Coffee – Receive a free medium drip coffee when you purchase any food item.
Gloria Jean’s Coffees – From 2-5pm enjoy a FREE 8oz White Chocolate Cookie Chiller or small cup of Coffee of the day
Starbucks – No free or discounted coffee, instead they’ll donate a coffee tree on behalf of each customer who purchases a brewed Mexico Chiapas coffee in a participating U.S. and Mexico stores on National Coffee Day.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – 23 Southern California locations are participating in a promotion where one of its stores will be picked at random to give one of its guests free coffee for life. The other 22 stores will give one guest free coffee for a year. They’re also giving away free tumblers with purchase from 6am-10am and a free espresso shot when you download their app.
Dairy Queen – Enjoy a $1 small iced coffee from 2-5pm.
