The dinner will offer a 4 course meal, including options like a papaya salad with opal basil and lime vinaigrette to start, as well as sashimi and an American wagyu beef with green peppercorn. Then, choose between a grilled quail or a mushroom spring roll with mint. For your entree, a halibut, as well as a smoked kurobuta pork with butter lettuce will be on offer.
